Jeremy Flores is the founder and CEO of LeadMatrix USA. Under Jeremy’s leadership, LeadMatrix USA has grown from four employees to hundreds of employees who help millions of consumers every month.

Intent on becoming a dentist at CSU, Jeremy took a part-time job and fell in love with lead conversion, and never looked back. Soon Grand Canyon university came, knocking, inviting Jeremy on-board to help take the company that was $11M in debt and turn it into one of the top-performing online universities in the U.S., which he did.

Jeremy was the top performer at Grand Canyon four years straight, surpassing all other verticals. He implemented several innovative business models that are currently being used today and that he now uses in his contact centers helping those in the U.S. and throughout the world. Jeremy is a former Collegiate athlete (University of Colorado Boulder/Buffs), who performed in the Fiesta Bowl and still holds several athletic records since his departure from the athletic arena. Jeremy is known for setting goals, holding himself accountable, and working relentlessly to help others. Charity work includes the Boys & Girls Clubs and other community organizations.

Strong community and social services professional working with the United Nations, World Bank, Interamerican Bank, and World Health Organization introducing the Internet to Latin American countries and Africa and renewable resources implementations. Education with Masters in Political Science, BS International Relations, BS International Business, and an Associate of Arts – AA focused in French and History Major and Egyptian Archeology and transliteration of hieroglyphs.

Skilled in digital marketing (Best Digital Campaign of the Year – Electronic Retailing Association), Valli has worked for top agencies in both Los Angeles and New York for the last two decades. Using best practices honed from millions of impressions and A/B testing, Valli merges cutting-edge customized messaging with the most efficient omni-channel technology. The goal? Warm engagement that makes each consumer feel like every interaction is personalized for their unique needs— and coming from a friend! Charity work includes the Boys & Girls Clubs and a variety of others.

Logan has 10 years of experience in contact center operations combined with higher education operations experience. Logan has a depth of knowledge in KPI reporting, process improvement, CRM management, and engagement strategies. He is also currently completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Leadership.

Adriana is experienced and skilled in Operations Project Management. Especially adept at contact center reporting metrics. Vast knowledge of dialer programming, with 25 years of experience in finance and budgeting.

Ankur brings over 20+ years of technology and 14+ years in implementing Salesforce Cloud Technologies where he worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, NPSP Cloud, Financial Cloud platforms. In addition to his experience Ankur holds a BS degree in Computer Science and his Executive MBA.

Sue has deep experience that includes adjunct professor, superintendent, and a principal in public education. Now for LeadMatrix, Sue spends her time building out training, coaching, and developing and encouraging our agents. Sue shares her zest for life as an active member of the Boy Scouts of America group and can frequently be found volunteering with many noisy boys on week-ends.

Andrew resides in the Silicon Valley and received his bachelor’s degree from CSU Monterey Bay. He oversees and completes trusted administrative work and lends vital skills in administrative oversight, reporting, and training management. Andrew also previously graduated from the police academy and served as a police officer for the San Jose Police Force until realizing his passion for helping others could best be served in a different capacity. He has now been a key member of LeadMatrix for several years. In his spare time, Andrew has written four books.

Kurt graduated with a degree in Business Administration (MIS) and Theatre Arts. He has starred in many popular TV shows and movies and brings a fresh approach for genuine warmth, conversational agent dialogue, and role playing with students. A political and environmental activist, Kurt’s main fight is to preserve the Earth and her many endangered animals and wildlife sanctuaries.
